Raise Production Inc. Announces Change of Auditor
CALGARY, Nov. 7, 2012 /CNW/ - Raise Production Inc. (TSXV: RPC) ("Raise" or the "Company") announces that it has changed its auditor from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (the "Predecessor Auditor") to Ernst & Young LLP (the "Successor Auditor") effective November 1, 2012.
At the request of Raise, the Predecessor Auditor resigned as auditor of the Company effective November 1, 2012. The Board of Directors of the Company on the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee has appointed the Successor Auditor as the Company's auditor in place and stead of the Predecessor Auditor effective November 1, 2012 until the close of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
There were no modified opinions in the Predecessor Auditor's reports in connection with the financial statements of the Company for any period for which an audit report was issued by the Predecessor Auditor and prior to the expiry of the Predecessor Auditor's term of office.
The Company confirms that there have been no reportable events as defined in National Instrument 51-102 and, in its opinion, there are no reportable events pending.
The Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed and approved the Reporting Package as defined in National Instrument 51-102.
