Raydan Manufacturing Reports Resignation of Board Member
EDMONTON, Sept. 7 /CNW/ - Raydan Manufacturing Inc (the Company) (TSX-V:RDN) regrets to announce the resignation of Michael Aberant from the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr Aberant has accepted a partnership with a large accounting firm which does not allow its partners to serve on the board of a public company. He, therefore, tendered his resignation effective August 30, 2010. With the approval of management, Mr Aberant will attend the Annual General Meeting in his former capacity as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
