MONTREAL, Nov. 10 /CNW Telbec/ - Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton continues its flurry of mergers with its recent merger of Montréal-based firm, Pratte Bélanger comptables agréés inc., which is effective January 1, 2011.
This new team of more than 50 people, including five Partners, has served an extensive SME clientele for the past 25 years and is particularly known for the exceptional business relationship it has maintained with its Cree and Inuit clientele. Their expertise complements Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, thereby making the Firm a leader with the Aboriginal community in Quebec.
Ever more present in the business place
In the spring of 2010, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton began firmly establishing itself in the Mauricie region and opened a new office in Trois-Rivières. In the summer, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton merged with the Beaudry Charbonneau accounting firm, in Laval. Two more acquisitions then followed: André Godbout and his team in Drummondville, and Marc Gauthier et Associés in Québec City. The Firm's range of services is expanding in accounting, business succession solutions and human resource consulting.
