Mansoub began his U-Haul career in May 2009 as a customer service representative (CSR) at U-Haul Moving and Storage of King Edward. Several months later, in November, Mansoub was promoted to area field manager (AFM) and district certifier for U-Haul Company of Central Canada. In May 2011, he became a manager for U-Haul Moving and Storage at McPhillips, and shortly thereafter transferred as manager to U-Haul Moving and Storage at Regent Avenue, the position he held until his recent promotion. Today, Mansoub will oversee all operations of U-Haul Company of Central Canada, including truck, trailer and storage rentals. His determination and proven leadership skills certainly will drive his new team to success.
"We are very excited to have Razmin taking over as president of this company," affirmed ADVP Boucher. "Razmin has worked hard to provide our customers with quality service and well-maintained equipment while serving successfully within many roles for the U-Haul Company of Central Canada. Razmin will continue to help improve the company with his knowledge of U-Haul programs as well as his commitment to our Primary Service Objective."
In assuming the role of president, Mansoub is looking forward to the opportunity to be in charge of all day-to-day operations throughout U-Haul Company of Central Canada. He notes that his new, energetic management team is hungry for success, and that the will to succeed is the greatest strength within U-Haul Company of Central Canada. Most of his new management team has been on the front lines and know how to effectively adhere to all U-Haul programs. Mansoub knows his team can build on that strength by training all U-Haul Company of Central Canada team members to be like the management team. Serving as president is a role Mansoub has always wanted because he strives on dealing with difficult situations and overcoming them. He believes every day presents a new and exciting opportunity to lead, train and motivate his company personnel to better themselves as an organization...the organization that is U-Haul Company of Central Canada.
With his new team behind him all the way, Mansoub says they will pay special attention to areas where there is room for growth. He can now start setting short- and long-term goals in order to increase all transactions. Mansoub notes that his biggest challenge is going to be making sure U-Haul Company of Central Canada is excelling as a whole. He plans to make sure his team members are sharing their strengths with others. Bringing new direction and keeping everyone motivated to achieve the same end result is one of his first orders of operation as president.
"I enjoy what I do. When you enjoy what you do it's not a job anymore. I look forward to making difficult decisions and bringing in results," Mansoub expressed. "With U-Haul, you have to be open to change, and that is what makes my position as president so exciting. You're always learning and growing, and I am thankful for my opportunity and look forward to making the best of it."
