Frank Van
Hoornweder as Chief Risk Officer. In this key role, which is based in
Luxembourg
,
Mr. Van Hoornweder
will assume responsibility for RBC Dexia's enterprise-wide risk management strategy and framework.
Mr. Van Hoornweder
brings more than 16 years of experience in financial risk management settings to his new role. He joins RBC Dexia from Adinfo SA in
Belgium
, where he served as CEO and General Manager. Prior to joining Adinfo SA in 2005, he held a number of progressively challenging management positions with Dexia Bank, where he led teams in both IT and financial markets management.
