LONDON, Sept. 25, 2013 /CNW/ - RBC Investor & Treasury Services, part of Royal Bank of Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE), has ranked top overall for customer service in this year's R&M Fund Services.net Survey of global investment managers.
The independent survey of more than 100 fund managers and fund promoters around the world saw RBC rank first in all six service categories, including:
- Core fund accounting and administration
- Accounting and valuation
- Communication
- Approach and flexibility
- Quality of personnel
- Value for money
RBC Investor & Treasury Services' excellence in administering offshore funds in Luxembourg was also recognised as the firm took first place in the ranking for the country. RBC Investor & Treasury Services' expertise in fields such as tax reporting and analysis, and compliance monitoring for new fund structures were particularly noted by respondents.

Respondents rated their counterparties across 35 aspects of the service provided ranging from services such as core fund accounting and administration through to communication, quality of personnel and value for money.
