RCMP partners with London Police Service for special Careers in Policing Expo - September 12, 2015

LONDON, ON, Aug. 20, 2015 /CNW/ - The RCMP will partner with London Police Service to host a unique "Careers in Policing Expo" at Fanshawe College, 1460 Oxford Street East, in London, Ontario, on Saturday, September 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

This event is designed to provide attendees with the opportunity to learn about a career in policing and will answer questions of interest regarding front-line policing, including but not limited to physical requirements, training, and career opportunities. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police (PREP) and Physical Abilities Requirements Evaluation (PARE) tests. Police officers from both police agencies will be on hand to provide their personal stories about a career in policing.
