RDM Corporation Announces Election of Directors
WATERLOO, ON, March 6, 2014 /CNW/ - RDM Corporation (TSX:RC), a leading provider of specialized software and hardware products for electronic payment processing, today announced the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on March 6, 2014 in Waterloo, Ontario. The director nominees, as listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated January 15, 2014, were elected as directors of the Company at the meeting. The votes submitted for each director were as follows:

In addition, at the Meeting shareholders (i) re-approved the Company's stock option plan; (ii) ratified the adoption of the shareholder rights plan previously adopted by the Board of Directors; and (iii) confirmed the by-law amendments previously adopted by the Board of Directors.
