RDX Technologies Corporation Announces Change of Auditors
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, Nov. 22, 2013 /CNW/ - RDX Technologies Corporation ("RDX" or the "Company") (TSXV: RDX, OTCQX: RGDEF, FSE: RL7) a technology driven company operating in the waste water and energy services industries, today announced that the Board of Directors has approved a change of the Company's auditors.
Following the divestiture of its Canadian operations in September 2013, the Company's current accountants, Ernst & Young LLP, located in Vancouver, BC Canada, have resigned. With the Company's operations located solely in the United States the Board of Directors has appointed a U.S. based accounting firm to replace Ernst & Young, LLP.
Effective November 21, 2013, the Company's new auditors became Squar, Milner, Peterson, Miranda & Williamson, LLP, certified public accountants. Squar, Milner, Peterson, Miranda & Williamson, LLP is a United States based accounting firm with head offices in Newport Beach, California. Squar, Milner, Peterson, Miranda & Williamson, LLP is a legally independent member of PKF North America, which is a member of PKF International.
In addition to previous audit work related to acquisitions made by the Company in the United States, Squar, Milner, Peterson, Miranda & Williamson, LLP reviewed the Company's quarterly financial statements for the three and six months ended September 30, 2013.
The Company will make the regulatory filings required under NI51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations respecting its change of auditor within the next 30 days.
