Product Recall Notice To Customers,

Chatters Canada Limited wishes to advise that the LOOK ULTRA IRON, (Model 5519930), which is offered for sale in some of our Chatters and Green Apple Hair Shoppe salons throughout Canada was recently updated and sold with a new package design. The updated version of the LOOK ULTRA IRON, (Model 5519930) features a 30 Minute Auto Shut Off function, which is advertised on the back of the packaging. It has recently come to our attention that a small number of the older model irons were incorrectly packaged in the new box design. The 30 Minute Auto Shut Off function is not installed on the older model irons. As a result, we wish to advise that Chatters Canada Limited is voluntarily recalling any LOOK ULTRA IRON, (Model 5519930), purchased between July 1, 2009 , and November 9, 2009 , where the 30 Minute Auto Shut Off function is not working. If any of our valued customers have purchased such an iron, then they may return the iron to their nearest Chatters or Green Apple hair Shoppe at their convenience for exchange or store credit of equivalent value.
