Recapture of Inmate from Saskatchewan Penitentiary - Minimum security unit

PRINCE ALBERT, SK, Nov. 15, 2018 /CNW/ - At approximately 2:00 p.m. on November 15, 2018, inmate Edward Daniel Ross was apprehended by the Prince Albert Police Service. 

This inmate had been unlawfully at large from the minimum security unit at Saskatchewan Penitentiary, since November 14, 2018.

CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
