Recapture of Inmates from Stony Mountain Institution - Minimum security unit

STONY MOUNTAIN, MB, Feb. 27, 2018 /CNW/ - At approximately 5:00 a.m. on February 27, 2018 inmates William Benjamin Hunter-Garrioch and Dale Jacob Gilchrist were apprehended by the Winnipeg Police Service. 

These inmates had been unlawfully at large from the minimum security unit at Stony Mountain Institution since February 24, 2018.

CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
