Recipients of 2010 Fred Sherratt Award announced by MusiCounts

Twelve students are rewarded for their excellence in music education

TORONTO, June 14 /CNW/ - MusiCounts, Canada's music education charity associated with The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS), and partner with CTVglobemedia, are pleased to announce the 12 recipients of the MusiCounts Fred Sherratt Award. This scholarship honours the achievements of graduates of post-secondary music programs across the country. The 12 winners were honoured on Monday, June 14, at the annual ceremony at the MuchOnDemand studio.
