TORONTO, Feb. 3, 2017 /CNW/ - The principal organizations responsible for healthcare distribution in Canada convened for a key industry Conference, in Montreal, QC, January 15 and 16, 2017.
CAPDM, (The Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management), assembled its Canadian pharmaceutical distributor members under one roof for this unique annual forum that allows trading partners to meet in private settings over two full days. This one-of-a-kind opportunity to meet with multiple supply chain stakeholders and business partners has once again proven to be an industry mainstay. The January two day event saw record attendance as well as record numbers of meetings.
CAPDM members operate a highly regulated, world-class pharmacy supply chain. Its distributor members are responsible for delivering 95% of all brand and generic pharmaceuticals to over 9800 pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and other dispensing points across Canada with an unparalleled record of safety, security and efficiency.
CAPDM's membership is representative of all pharmacy supply chain industry trading partners including pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturers, service providers and 3PL organizations.
Joe Knott, Managing Director of Pangaea Group, and a veteran of this conference said, "The Executive Conference has always been positioned as a must-attend event on our organization's calendar as well that of our clients'. It affords a singular and unique opportunity to meet privately with crucial distribution partners and their decision makers, while engaging with colleagues representing the entire Canadian pharmacy supply chain."
The 2018 Conference will be held in Montreal January 15-16. Visit CAPDM.CA for more information.
