Stock Exchange. As of
September 30, 2009

$17 billion
has been raised on
Toronto
Stock Exchange through 264 financings, which exceeds full-year 2008 totals; 60 of these financings exceeded
$50 million
each. The two exchanges have had 59 new mining listings during the first nine months of 2009.

. In addition, there have been 31 Australian issuer financings on

Stock Exchange, with

of capital raised.
