TORONTO , Nov. 21, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - St-Amour and Associates becomes Hubble. More than a simple change of name and visual identity, the company is repositioning its image and service offering. The Toronto recruitment firm intends to promote the development and growth of Canadian companies. Hubble's objective is twofold. First, they strive to overcome the challenges of attracting and retaining talented candidates in a very competitive employment context. Secondly, they wish to offer tailor-made, customized solutions to Toronto businesses, especially in sales and business development.
Michelle Lemire, Managing Director at Hubble, states that "At Hubble, we believe the quantitative recruiting methods and rigid processes used by large groups do not necessarily correspond to the needs of Toronto-based companies. Our experts understand this, and have adapted the Hubble approach to this reality. We apply a focused search strategy, and we also adopt a human perspective during each recruitment phase. Clearly, this represents added value. It allows us to offer qualitative, responsive, and flexible solutions, all in the interest of our clients."
Concurrently to the company's name change, Hubble has joined the Magellan Group, chaired by Robert Favreau. For Robert, the transition from St-Amour & Associates to Hubble was necessary: "Like many sectors of our economy, the recruitment industry is evolving very rapidly. The web, LinkedIn, job search websites, and more recently, artificial intelligence, are tools that have led us to rethink our methods and improve them. St-Amour & Associates has always been adaptable; that's precisely what we're doing by becoming Hubble. Yes, it's a new name. But most importantly, it's an organization with over 35 years of expertise in the Toronto market, all thanks to St-Amour & Associates. "
Its new name is the first step in Hubble's expansion and implementation strategy in Toronto. In coming years, the Magellan Group division intends to expand its client base and broaden its recruitment sectors, while maintaining its strong reputation for close-knit relationships with clients.
