ReDev Properties continues strategic growth in Western Canada while capitalizing on the changing landscape
TORONTO, May 7, 2018 /CNW/ - While most Canadians were hunkering down and hoping for some warmer weather during the winter months, ReDev Properties was seeing bright horizons in a number of projects.

- After long and detailed discussions, ReDev Properties announced its first-ever deal with Calgary Co-op, one of the largest retail cooperatives in North America. It comes as the Co-op announced it was launching a $2 billion-plus capital investment program.
- Prairie Dog Brewing moved into a specially-designed unit in South Calgary near to the Chinook Centre LRT station.
"We could not be happier to have established a relationship with one of the most important organizations in the city and at the same time welcomed one of the newest businesses into an area that is growing in popularity for Calgarians and tourists," said Richard Crenian.
Great Opportunity:
- The decision by the City of Edmonton to extend one of its LRT lines offers tremendous potential for the ReDev Properties site at Jasper Gates Plaza. The LRT extension is likely to see more pedestrian-oriented areas.
"The commitment by the City Council for mixed high-density areas fits in exactly with the philosophy at ReDev Properties that is focused on nurturing neighbourhoods by developing local services," said Richard Crenian.
Pot Popularity:
- As we get closer to the federal legalization of marijuana we are seeing an upsurge in demand for units by entrepreneurs throughout Alberta.
