Redistribution of Dale Parizeau Morris Mackenzie's Operations in Canada

MONTREAL, Sept. 23, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Following the reassessment of its corporate strategies, and to foster a targeted development for each of the groups mentioned below, the operations of Dale Parizeau Morris Mackenzie Inc., Financial Services Firm (DPMM) in Canada will be divided into three separate entities as of September 22, 2014.

• DPMM in Quebec
  The insurance brokerage operations of DPMM in Quebec (Montreal, Quebec City, Gatineau and Saguenay branches, as well as the administrative offices in Montreal) are acquired by LUSSIER Insurance Firm and Financial Services Inc.
  
  
• DPMM in Ontario
  The insurance brokerage operations of DPMM in Ontario (Toronto, Sudbury and North Bay branches) are acquired by RDA Insurance Corp.
  
  
• Air Canada Group
  The Air Canada Group Insurance portfolio is transferred to Traders General Insurance Company, a member of the Aviva family of companies.
