Redline Announces Additions to Executive Team

TORONTO, April 26 /CNW/ - Redline Communications Group Inc., (TSX: RDL) a leading provider of broadband wireless infrastructure products, today announced that it has appointed Bruce MacInnis as Chief Financial Officer, Robert Williams as Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering and Lynda Partner as Vice President, Marketing. The appointments are effective May 2010.

Bruce MacInnis, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. MacInnis has more than 30 years of financial management experience, predominantly in the technology industry. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous financing transactions, and has completed several cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He is also experienced in implementing financial reporting, disclosure, internal control and corporate governance practices for public companies. Prior to joining Redline, Mr. MacInnis was Chief Financial Officer at publicly traded MyScreen Mobile, Inc., a provider of mobile advertising solutions. Before this, he was Chief Financial Officer of Business Propulsion Systems Inc., which offers software solutions for the financial services industry. He also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Bioscrypt, Inc., a leading provider of fingerprint and facial recognition devices and integrated solutions. Prior to Bioscrypt, he was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Certicom Corp., a provider of encryption security technology for constrained environments such as wireless devices. Mr. MacInnis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant.

Robert Williams, Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering

Mr. Williams has more than 20 years of experience in the data communications industry, with a focus on rugged computing, networking and security. Prior to joining Redline, Mr. Williams was Vice President at Bluecat Networks, a leader in enterprise class IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions, where he led product development. Mr. Williams also served as Chief Executive Officer at Bioscrypt. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Engineering for Psion Teklogix Inc., the largest operating division of Psion PLC and a global provider of mobile computing solutions and devices for the enterprise. Throughout his career, Mr. Williams has held several board positions for both public and private companies in Canada. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Lynda Partner, Vice President, Marketing

Ms. Partner has more than two decades of sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Redline, she was President and Chief Operating Officer of publicly traded In-Touch Survey Systems, a consumer insight and market research firm. Before In-Touch, Ms. Partner founded Got Corporation, a pioneer in the area of permission-based email marketing software. Prior to that, Ms. Partner was Chief Executive Officer of Caravelle Inc., the developer of the award-winning Watcher Web monitoring software. Lynda joined Caravelle by way of TMI Communications, a mobile satellite division of BCE, where she was Vice president of Sales and Marketing. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, Ms. Partner is a Certified Internet Marketing and Business Strategist (CIIMBS) and has earned her professional research certification as an expert quantitative market researcher from the Marketing Research Association.
