REGEN Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against eCurv

SAN MARCOS, Calif. and TORONTO, Sept. 8, 2015 /CNW/ -- REGEN Energy Inc., a world leader in energy management solutions for small to mid-sized commercial, industrial and institutional facilities, announced today it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against eCurv Inc., in relation to two of REGEN's core demand management patents.

The complaint, filed August 19, 2015 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, alleges that eCurv's products infringe upon two of REGEN's patents: U.S. Patent No. 8,918,223 and 9,110,647.

In the complaint REGEN seeks monetary damages for infringement and a permanent injunction against further infringement by eCurv.
