MONTREAL, Sept. 28, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Renaud-Bray is pleased to announce the conclusion of the transaction by which it has acquired the retail assets of Archambault Group. According to Blaise Renaud, President of Renaud-Bray: "The acquisition of Archambault is a major step in our development of the francophone cultural market. This is a strategic move that is intended to ensure profitable growth for Renaud-Bray and Archambault, and by the same token, ensure greater vitality for our sector and for the book chain industry as a whole. We are excited about the future prospects that are open to us, and we are delighted to extend a warm welcome to Archambault's employees as they join our organization.
