Renos for Heroes Marches on Parliament Hill to Support Wounded Veterans
OTTAWA, Sept. 29, 2017 /CNW/ - On Monday, October 2, volunteers from veterans' Renos for Heroes, an organization that provides building services to wounded Canadian soldiers and their families, alongside members of the Carpenters' District Council of Ontario will arrive at Parliament Hill; completing a 300 kilometer walk from Canadian Forces Base Trenton. This year, the walkathon has raised over $100,000 dollars to support wounded veterans.
