weekend, Calypso Theme Waterpark welcomed over 12,000 visitors who got an exclusive look at some 35 water slides and attractions, as they admired the installations of this huge 100-acre site.

Calypso Theme Waterpark is located between
Montreal
and
Ottawa
, on Hwy 417, exit 79, in the municipality of La Nation. All of its attractions revolve around themes and allow the visitors to discover the fantastic universe of pirates, of a science lab, of a kid's aquatic zoo, of a jungle river, as well as several other themes.

, visitors will also be able to enjoy waves as high as four and a half feet in the gigantic 50,000 square feet wave pool, the largest in

and the size of three NHL rinks.
The construction of this new theme waterpark generated over a hundred jobs during the past two years and will result in the creation of 500 new seasonal jobs in the lifeguarding, food and beverage services, as well as retail, maintenance and guest services department, to name a few.
