Resource Capital Fund V L.P. and Resource Capital Fund VI L.P. Announce Disposition of Common Shares in IC Potash Corp.

DENVER, July 12, 2017 /CNW/ - Resource Capital Fund V L.P. ("RCF V") together with its affiliate, Resource Capital Fund VI L.P. ("RCF VI" and, together with RCF V, "RCF") report that on July 12, 2017, they collectively sold an aggregate of 6,900,000 common shares (the "Sold Shares") of IC Potash Corp. (the "Company"), representing approximately 2.91% of the issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares"). RCF sold the Sold Shares through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price per share of US$0.0255 (CAD$0.0321) for total gross proceeds of US$175,950 (CAD$221,490).

Prior to the disposition of the Sold Shares, RCF owned and controlled 25,796,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 10.88% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. Immediately following the disposition of the Sold Shares, RCF owned and controlled, directly or indirectly, 18,896,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 7.97% of the current issued and outstanding Common Shares.

RCF disposed of the Sold Shares in accordance with its investment policy. RCF may from time to time acquire additional securities, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities or may continue to hold the securities of the Company.
