Restaurant Altitude Seafood and Grill - Lounge opens at the Casino de
Mont-Tremblant

MONT-TREMBLANT, QC, Oct 7 /CNW Telbec/ - During last June's celebrations of the Casino de Mont-Tremblant's first anniversary, the General Manager of the Casino, Kevin G. Taylor, announced the construction of a new restaurant. This morning, Mr. Taylor and his team were pleased to show off the new Altitude Seafood and Grill - lounge to members of the media, after having welcomed the first diners on September 30.

"We are very proud to add this establishment to complement the region's restaurant offer," said Mr. Taylor, adding that "the restaurant opening represents a major investment that strengthens our entertainment product."

Under the responsibility of Chef Christian Bolduc, Altitude's menu includes a selection of seafood and grilled dishes, served in a chic décor overlooking a breathtaking panorama. Four annual festivals are planned to highlight seasonal products. The restaurant has also added some innovative technological flair by providing customers with iPads to peruse the menu.

Altitude seats 82 guests in the dining room and 30 more on the heated terrace (in season). The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from noon to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

The atmosphere heats up on weekends, when Altitude offers free musical entertainment on Friday and Saturday in the lounge area, which opens daily from 4 p.m. to the Casino's closing time.

The Casino de Mont-Tremblant is nestled in a grandiose landscape on Station Mont-Tremblant's Versant Soleil. Open since June 24, 2009, it is the most recent of Quebec's four casinos.
