PIZZA NOVA'S SINGLE DAY SALE RAISES OVER $100K FOR KIDS IN NEED
TORONTO, May 12, 2017 /CNW/ - Pizza Nova's 18th annual That's Amore Pizza for Kids day that took place on Tuesday May 9th, 2017 raised $105,007 for Variety Village Children's Charity.
On Tuesday May 9th, over 130 Pizza Nova locations served medium pepperoni pizzas for only $4.39, and $1 from every pizza sold was donated to Variety Village.
Yesterday, May 10th, Pizza Nova president Domenic Primucci presented Variety Village with the proceeds at a cheque presentation ceremony.
"That's Amore Pizza for Kids wouldn't be possible without the thousands of customers who came out on May 9th to help us make a difference," said Primucci. "With the help of all our supporters, we have raised over $1.4M for Variety Village over the past 18 years."
