Retail Council of Canada invites Calgary retail merchants to an evening of learning and inspiration on October 7

TORONTO, Oct. 2, 2015 /CNW/ - Calgary store-owners looking to sharpen their competitive edge are invited to an evening of learning and networking hosted by Retail Council of Canada (RCC), the country's go-to association for merchants. The event – part of a cross-Canada series dubbed the MySTORE MySTORY fall roadshow – takes place on Wednesday, October 7 at Craft Beer Market.

The roadshow series is designed for independent merchants to connect with peers, engage with industry experts and be inspired by the success story of a local retail entrepreneur. The Calgary event will feature a presentation by Karina Birch, Co-Owner of Rocky Mountain Soap Company, who will share her passion for innovation in product development, green store design, staff engagement and customer service.
