HALIFAX, Nov. 3, 2015 /CNW/ - Retail Council of Canada (RCC) has released its Retail Election Agenda in advance of the provincial election in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Retail is the top private sector employer in Newfoundland and Labrador and thus, RCC has outlined a number of initiatives in it Retail Election Agenda that are of importance to the retail sector.
