REVISED - IBI Group Inc. mails revised proposal to amend terms of 7.0% convertible debentures and hosts conference call

TORONTO, June 4, 2014 /CNW/ - IBI Group Inc. ("IBI" or the "Company") (TSX: IBG) announced today that it has mailed and filed with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities a management information circular (the "Circular") in connection with the rescheduled special meeting of holders of its 7.0% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (the "Debentures") to be held at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) on June 27, 2014.

IBI has scheduled a conference call for debentureholders and the analyst community on Thursday June 5, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Scott Stewart, Chief Executive Officer, and Stephen Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, will review and clarify the revised proposal and enhanced incentives. IBI will discuss the offer to debentureholders in detail in order to provide clarity and to explain the facts behind the process followed in developing the offer.
