CALGARY , Sept. 21 /CNW/ - Richards Oil & Gas Limited, (TSX Venture: RIX) announces today that Mr. Roy Smitshoek has resigned from the Board of Directors of Richards Oil & Gas Limited. New corporate initiatives that Roy's current employer has embarked on have increased considerably the demands on his time and as a result Roy needed to step down as Director of Richards Oil & Gas Limited. The Board of Directors would like to thank Roy for his efforts and the dedication to Richards Oil & Gas Limited over the past couple of years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
