Richter Names DDB Public Relations As AOR

Agency tasked with building brand & partner profiles in Toronto

TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2013 /CNW/ - Montreal-based Richter, an independent strategic accounting, business consulting and financial advisory firm, has named DDB Public Relations as its PR agency of record (AOR) for its new offering in Toronto.

In December 2012, Richter, formerly RSM Richter Chamberland in Montreal, expanded its business to Toronto, announcing a merger with entrepreneurial firm, SBLR LLP Chartered Accountants (SBLR), further establishing Richter's fully integrated, national offering.

Supporting Richter's expansion into Toronto and recent rebranding, DDB Public Relations has been charged with developing a communications strategy to build profile of the new Toronto office and its senior leaders throughout 2013, exposing the market to Richter's services and expertise amongst the entrepreneurial business community.

Richter contracted DDB Public Relations in the fall of 2012 to provide local market PR expertise to support its merger with SBLR, which resulted in DDB Public Relations being awarded AOR title for Richter in English Canada. The agency works in partnership with Cohn & Wolfe in Montreal and Bleublancrouge, who is responsible for national branding and advertising.
