Each year, HRO Today Forum, EMEA encourages companies to submit their HR, recruiting or talent management technology to the competition. The entries are reviewed and the top five candidates are invited to present at the HRO Today Forum, EMEA. Each finalist presents to a panel of industry judges that selects the winner whose technology most exemplifies the support of HR through the use of technology.
Vistance, Rideau's landmark technology uses predictive analytic employee recognition data to identify the return on recognition for companies and tailored prescriptive learning modules that create customized learning for managers.
"The future of HR lies in recruiting and retaining the best talent - that was one of the reoccurring messages we heard at this year's conference," says HRO Today's CEO Elliot Clark who served on the panel of judges for the five finalists. "Rideau Recognition's Vistance solution is on the cutting edge of using employee recognition and incentives to bring out the best in employees and moving companies key performance drivers in the right direction. Their use of recognition data was impressive but so was the use of that data to prescribe learning modules to help managers become better at recognizing their employees. I'm excited about the major role that employee recognition and incentives will play in with helping companies meet their goals and objectives."
Through the use of real-time recognition data, Vistance Analytics allows companies to obtain an accurate picture of the current state of their business performance and identify tangible and actionable insights. Vistance Learning's prescriptive online assessment and learning management system helps leaders improve their organization's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by helping them to better connect with their employees through personalized education modules.
"Receiving peer recognition, especially at the global level, is extremely gratifying," says Rideau CEO, Peter Hart, who presented Vistance to the panel of judges. "Our Rideau team has worked tirelessly over the years to bring Vistance to market. This win is for all of them and I could not be prouder."
As winners of the competition, Rideau Recognition Solutions and Vistance will be featured in an upcoming HRO Today magazine article.
