Rio Tinto Alcan acknowledges Supreme Court of Canada decision
MONTREAL, Oct. 28 /CNW Telbec/ - The Supreme Court of Canada has confirmed the decision of the BC Utilities Commission with respect to the 2007 Energy Purchase Agreement.
