Ritchie Bros. preps for final Edmonton auction of 2016
More than 4,000 items already listed to be sold for 550+ owners on December 8 & 9
EDMONTON, Nov. 29, 2016 /CNW/ - A lot of equipment and trucks have changed hands in Alberta this year. Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers has sold more than 61,000 items in the province so far in 2016, including 39,000+ sold at its Edmonton site alone. If you're looking for one last opportunity to get the equipment you need before the end of the year, Ritchie Bros. will hold its final 2016 Edmonton auction on December 8 & 9—there are already 4,000+ items to choose from.
The two-day unreserved auction already features 360+ trailers, 100+ truck tractors, 60+ compactors, 45+ dozers, 55+ excavators, as well as a large selection of vocational trucks, lifting equipment, and much more. All items will be sold unreserved—no minimum bids or reserve prices. Bidders can participate in person at the auction site or online at rbauction.com.

Equipment will be sold for more than 550 owners, including complete dispersals for Dan Bailey Oilfield & Road Construction Ltd., Corvet Construction 1977 Ltd., and Site Safety Services Inc.
Specific equipment highlights include:
- A 2016 Caterpillar D7R XR crawler tractor (certified rebuild)
- A 2004 Demag AC160-1 160-ton 10x8x8 all-terrain crane
- A 2015 Caterpillar 980M wheel loader
- Two 2008 Tadano GT900XL 90-ton 8x4x4 hydraulic truck cranes
- A 2006 Tadano TR800XXL-4 80-ton 4x4x4 rough terrain crane
- Two 2014 Caterpillar D6N LGP crawler tractors

Pickup trucks, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles and more
