RJK renews investor relations stock options

KIRKLAND LAKE, ON, July 10, 2012 /CNW/ - RJK Explorations Ltd. (TSX Venture: RJX.A) ("RJK" or the "Company") is  announcing that the Company is granting 500,000 stock options to Douglas McKay & Associates ("DMA") at an exercise price of $0.11 to vest according to TSV-V policy. DMA has provided investor relation services to the Company since January 2011.

DMA is based in Vancouver, British Columbia and currently provides investor relations services to other public and non-public companies. DMA and RJK are at arm's length to one another.
