RL Solutions Named No. 4 Best Small & Medium Employer in Canada For Second
Year In A Row

TORONTO, Oct. 28 /CNW/ - RL Solutions announced today that it again ranked at No. 4 in the annual Top 50 Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada study. Now in its sixth year, the study is published in Maclean's magazine and La Presse newspaper. RL Solutions also made the list of the Best 50 Employers in the GTA.

Toronto-based RL Solutions develops software to improve healthcare quality and patient safety, with applications focused on infection surveillance, tracking and analyzing adverse events, capturing patient feedback and managing medical malpractice claims.

Becoming a Best Small & Medium Employer is a very detailed and competitive process. This national awards program recognizes top employers with between 50 and 399 employees. The study mirrors the renowned Best Employers in Canada survey, also run by Aon Hewitt, but caters to smaller businesses.

The rankings are primarily determined using the results from employee opinion surveys. Here, 21 key engagement drivers are detailed and analyzed. The evaluation process also includes the assessment of organization practices and perspectives from the leadership team. This year, more than 250 companies across Canada registered to participate in the study and Aon Hewitt surveyed over 134,000 employees.
