AHRQ Common Formats
Clients can now choose to implement version 4.22 with the AHRQ Common Formats as the default configuration. Right out of the box, clients are in a position to collect adverse event information in the format that AHRQ recommends. Clients that choose this configuration can now rest assured that submitting information to a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) like ECRI Institute, is now simple.
Hundreds of New Fields
Clients now have hundreds of new fields that can be customized to suit their unique data collection and information management needs. Patient Advocates can use the fields to collect additional grievance information while Risk Managers can use these fields to streamline the entry of complex events.
New Report Templates
Version 4.22 clients now have access to dozens of additional templates from which to build meaningful management-level and operational reports. Clients can run these reports as-is or customize them using the easy-to-use Report Wizards to tailor them to suit their unique needs.
