Roadking Travel Centres Inc. Announces Final Distribution to Shareholders

EDMONTON, March 19, 2015 /CNW/ - Roadking Travel Centres Inc. (the "Corporation") today announces a cash distribution (the "Distribution") of approximately $0.00629 per issued and outstanding common share of the Corporation will be made to Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2015.

The Distribution represents a final distribution of property in connection with its pending dissolution, which was approved at the Corporation's Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on September 26, 2014. 

The Distribution is expected to be paid by the Corporation's payment agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc., on or about April 2, 2015. Following payment of the Distribution, the Corporation intends to dissolve in short order.
