Roadking Travel Centres Inc. announces resignation of interim CFO

ST. ALBERT, AB, July 22 /CNW/ - Roadking Travel Centres Inc. ("Roadking" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Alan Tookey as interim CFO. In the interim, the Company appoints Mr. Greg Spicer to serve as interim CFO, in addition to existing duties as President and CEO, until a successor is appointed.

Mr. Tookey continues to be a Director of Roadking, but will not stand for re-election at the next Annual Meeting of the Company.

Roadking wishes to sincerely thank Mr. Tookey for his expertise, good judgment and service over the years and to wish him well in his retirement.
