Roasted chefs ready to compete at BC Foodservice Expo
VANCOUVER, Jan. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - The stoves will be hot and the competition even hotter, when 12 professional chefs from across BC participate in the annual Roasted competition, held at the BC Foodservice Expo, taking place Jan. 29-30 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
The Roasted Competition is a professional chef challenge. Competitors work in restaurants across the province and pursue professional challenges as ways of bettering their skills in the kitchen.
Chefs from across BC were encouraged to participate in the competition. All 12 chefs are active members of the Canadian Culinary Federation.
