TORONTO, June 6, 2012 /CNW/ - The Boreal Leadership Council has selected Robert Walker to serve as the Chair for the Boreal Leadership Council.
Robert Walker is the Vice President of Environmental, Social, and Governance Services and Ethical Funds for NEI Investments (NEI), an investment management company with approximately $5 billion in assets under management. NEI manages Ethical Funds, Canada's largest socially responsible mutual fund family.
The Boreal Leadership Council, first convened in 2003, is comprised of leading conservation groups, Aboriginal groups, resource companies and financial institutions, all of which have an interest and a stake in the future of Canada's Boreal Forest. Through Ethical Funds, NEI was the first financial company to sign onto the Boreal Leadership Council.
