Robex announces strategic appointment of seasoned Mining Engineer Mr. Richard
Faucher to its Board of Directors

QUEBEC, May 31 /CNW Telbec/ - Robex Resources inc. (TSX-V: RBX / FWB: RB4) is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr. Richard Faucher to its Board of Directors. Mr. Faucher will replace Mr. Rolland Veilleux who has decided to step aside after two years of hard work which were instrumental in bringing the Company to its now enviable position. Mr. Veilleux will continue to act as an advisor to the Board which will now be led by Mr Michel Doyon who was elected Chairman at the last annual meeting which took place on May 25.

Mr. Richard Faucher, a Professional Engineer trained in metallurgical engineering, is a member of the board of Directors of Aurizon Mines, Globestar Mining and Plexmar. He has over 40 years of experience in the mining and metallurgical fields and he occupied various executive positions for the Noranda-Falconbridge group, as General Manager of Gaspe Copper Mines, Vice-President of Brunswick Mining & Smelting and President of Falconbridge Dominicana in the Dominican Republic. After leaving Noranda, Mr. Faucher acted as President & COO of Princeton Mining and was instrumental in raising funds for the development and construction of the Huckleberry mine project, a 20, 000 tonnes per day operation completed in 1997. In 2008, Mr. Faucher left his position as President & CEO of Canadian Royalties and he is now involved in activities of M&A (Merger & Acquisition). Mr. Faucher is a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

As compensation, Mr Faucher was granted 250 000 stock options exercisable at a price of $0.14 per share for a period of 5 years, subject to a four-month "hold period" under applicable securities legislation and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
