Robex Signs a Confidentiality Agreement with SEMOS SA

QUEBEC , Dec. 23 /CNW Telbec/ - Robex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RBX / FWB: RB4) announces that it has concluded, on December 22 2009, a Confidentiality Agreement with SEMOS SA (a joint venture association involving IAMGOLD and AngloGold Ashanti) pertaining to Robex's permits Diangounte, Kolomba, Moussala, Sanoula, Wili-Wili and West Wili-Wili, located in western Mali .

Robex's CEO André Gagné and the representative of SEMOS SA met at the 13rd UNCTAD Africa Oil, Gas, Minerals Trade & Finance Conference and Exhibition, where they discussed Robex's permits in which SEMOS SA has expressed interest. These permits are situated close to the world class mines of Yatela, Sadiola, and Loulo, along the Senegalese-Malian shear zone. "Robex is proud that this renowned company shows interest in its permits of western Mali , a region highly solicited by various gold mining companies, especially given the latest heightened gold value" declares Robex's CEO, André Gagné.

Given the increase in activities, Robex is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr. Hamadoun Moussa Cisse as Human Resources Officer. Mr. Cisse is presently completing a Master's Degree in Management and Economy. Mr. Cisse will be responsible for the personnel selection, as well as all other related human resource management issues.
