CALGARY, May 9, 2017 /CNW/ - Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. ("Rocky") announced today that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held today (the "Meeting"), all of the nominees listed in its Management Information Circular dated April 5, 2017, were elected as directors. Following the Meeting, Rocky commemorated the retirement of Mr. Dennis Hoffman from its Board of Directors. Mr. Matthew Campbell, Chair of Rocky's Board of Directors, remarked on the retirement by stating, "Dennis has been an integral member of Rocky's board since its IPO in 2007. In the ensuing 10 years since our IPO, he has provided his skills and expertise to Rocky, has served as its Audit Committee Chair, and has helped guide Rocky through its early development. He contributed much to the growth of Rocky's people and its business, and will be greatly missed. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, as well as Rocky's Management team, I would like to thank Mr. Hoffman for a decade of faithful service to Rocky, and wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
