Rocky Mountaineer has a full-time workforce of more than 300 people located at head office in Vancouver, the rail yard in Kamloops, and globally in outside sales roles. This figure increases to more than 800 people during the train's operating season from April to October with positions added onboard the trains and in Vancouver, Kamloops, Whistler, Quesnel and the Canadian Rockies at the overnight destinations. The seasonal roles are highly coveted with an exceptional employee retention rate of 72 per cent returning team members each season.
