ROI Management Ltd. proposes changes to ROI Sceptre Retirement Growth Fund

TORONTO, May 31 /CNW/ - Return on Innovation Management Ltd. (the "Manager") today announced proposed changes to the investment objective of ROI Sceptre Retirement Growth Fund. The changes are subject to unitholder approval.

Proposed Change to Investment Objective

The Manager proposes to change the investment objective of ROI Sceptre Retirement Growth Fund (the "Fund") to be:

    
    "The fundamental investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors
    with the potential for capital growth through investment in a select and
    limited number of Canadian small cap securities."
    

The investment objective change will change the Fund from an income-producing objective, with potential for capital growth, to an objective that seeks long-term capital growth. The Manager does not intend to change the distribution policies of the Fund as a result of the change of investment objective. If the change to the investment objective is approved, the name of the Fund will be changed to reflect the new investment objective.

Unitholder Approval

The Manager will be seeking the approval of unitholders of the Fund with respect to the change of investment objectives at a special meeting to be held June 30, 2010. If approved, the changes will be implemented on or about July 5, 2010.
