VANCOUVER, BC, Feb. 12, 2024 /CNW/ - Rokmaster Resources Corp. (TSXV: RKR) (OTCQB: RKMSF) (FSE: 1RR1) ("Rokmaster" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the completion and filing of a technical report, prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101, for its previously announced Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for its Revel Ridge Project, located in the Revelstoke area of southeastern British Columbia.
A summary of the PEA results was announced in Rokmaster's news release dated December 29, 2023. The report titled "Revel Ridge Project, NI 43-101 Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment" (the "Technical Report") has been filed on SEDAR+ and can be viewed at www.sedarplus.ca under Rokmaster's profile. A copy of the Technical Report will also be available on Rokmaster's website at www.rokmaster.com.
The Company also announces that it intends to extend the exercise period by one year for 2,000,000 share purchase warrants ("Warrants") issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement financing on February 16th, 2023. The Warrants have an original expiry date of February 16, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain unchanged including its exercise price of $0.175. The Warrant extension is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
