The circular will be mailed to shareholders and is also available online at rbc.com/investorrelations.
The circular contains information about RBC's annual meeting, which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario, including the election of directors and the appointment of the bank's auditor. It also includes a detailed description of the board's assessment of the performance of RBC named executive officers for fiscal 2019 and related compensation decisions.
Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy as early as possible so their shares are represented at the meeting. In addition, shareholders who don't plan on attending the meeting in person can participate and ask questions online through a live webcast at rbc.com/investorrelations.
