Individual serialization and reeded edge add security to the renowned quality and purity of the Mint's silver bullion bars
OTTAWA, July 24, 2014 /CNW/ - The Royal Canadian Mint's world-famous family of bullion products has grown once more with a new 10 oz., 99.99% pure silver bullion bar combining quality and purity with the enhanced security of a meticulously reeded edge and a serial number unique to each bar. As a bar which is struck rather than cast, this premium silver bullion product also features superior relief and the Mint's signature bullion finish.
"The Royal Canadian Mint is committed to offering precious metal investors the best combination of quality and value by delivering superior bullion products through innovation," said Marc Brûlé, Interim President and CEO of the Royal Canadian Mint. "The Mint is proud to be able to grow its share of the global bullion market with products that surpass the expectations of investors and we are pleased to have accomplished this once again with the premium features of our new 10 oz. silver bullion bar."
The new 10 oz. silver bullion bars, which are packaged in individual vinyl sleeves, started shipping throughout the Mint's network of official bullion distributors in July 2014 and will soon after be available through bullion dealers.
In keeping with a distribution model common to the world's major issuers of bullion coins, the Mint does not sell bullion directly to the public. Interested buyers are encouraged to contact a reputable bullion dealer to order the Royal Canadian Mint 10 oz. silver bullion bar.
