Royal Canadian Mint to Unveil Circulation Coin Commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic Français
OTTAWA, OCT. 19, 2016 /CNW/ - The Royal Canadian Mint will officially unveil a new two-dollar circulation coin commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic before invited guests aboard HMCS Sackville (Canada's Naval Memorial) in Halifax, NS on October 20, 2016.
The ceremony will be followed by a coin exchange on the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk (from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm) where the public can trade their change for this new circulation coin.
