Royal Canadian Mint to Unveil Circulation Coin Commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic

OTTAWA, OCT. 19, 2016 /CNW/ - The Royal Canadian Mint will officially unveil a new two-dollar circulation coin commemorating the 75^th anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic before invited guests aboard HMCS Sackville (Canada's Naval Memorial) in Halifax, NS on October 20, 2016.

The ceremony will be followed by a coin exchange on the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk (from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm) where the public can trade their change for this new circulation coin.
